CSD87501L: MOSFET body diode forward voltage and current ratings at zero gate.

Hi,

I didn't find in the datasheet characteristics of the mosfet body diode. Could you please provide the following information:

1) body diode forward voltage at zero gate voltage

2) continious current through a body diode at at zero gate voltage

3) peak current through a body diode at at zero gate voltage

The body diode forward voltage is 0.8V, measured at 7A and Vgs = 0

I will need to check with our Applications team on the body diode current specs, continuous and peak.
