We are having repeated assembly issues with the PICOSTAR/FemtoFET package for transistors. It seems like the transistors are either not soldering properly or are damaged.
We are currently using the recommended land pattern for the part.
Do you have any suggestions to fix the assembly issue?
We are considering increasing the pad size. Would this help?
