    The case to ambient thermal impedance for any device is generally more a function of the board and the thermal environment than it is the device.

    For a 5x6 QFN, 1" 2oz Cu yields an RthJA of around 40degC/W. When using the min possible copper, this value is closer to 100degC/W. It application, it could be anything in between, or even down to 10-20degC/W depending completely on your board, how and if you heatsink, etc...
