CSD25404Q3: an annotation (2) for test condition of Absolute Maximum Ratings

Hi all,

Please let me know about for test condition.
At Absolute Maximum Ratings, a test was conducted "1.3, pulse duration ≤100 µs, duty cycle ≤1%".

Questions;
 - Is this Pulse from gate? or ON-time for FET?
 - If ON-time for FET, how much the percentage for Vds? from falling Vsd 10% to ON-time and up to rising Vds 10%?
