I have a customer trying to replace his Vishay Si7810DN. Do you have any recommendations?

A very good cross to this Vishay device would be our CSD19538Q3A, which is pin to pin.

Or if they would be interested in saving some space, we also have that device available in a SON2x2, the CSD19538Q2.

The first part is a 150 V P-Channel and unfortunately, our P-Channel voltage only goes up to 20V BVDSS.

The second part is a 60V 3x3. I would check out our CSD18543Q3A, although our device is a bit lower resistance.
