I need a PMOS, the current is in the 20~30A, the normal working current is in the 10A, the electric voltage of the motor is 12V, and the reservation needs to 40V.

    Meng,
    We only have P-Channel devices up to 20V BVDSS so if you need something greater than that, we are not going to have a solution.

    The lowest resistance, highest current device we have would be the CSD25403Q3 but that device is only rated to -20V.
