Do we have Q grade FETs?

Hello,

I'm doing an automotive reference design and I'd like to replace the current FET with a TI FET if possible. The TI FETs seem to have a good combination of low Qg and low Rds(on). Do we have any 80V to 100V NFETs that are qualified for automotive? I can't find any information regarding automotive on the website.

Thanks,

Clint
