Could you tell me CSD95490Q5MC thermal resistance?

We would like to know Theta JA value.
According to WEBENCH, Theta JA value is 31.5 degC/W. Is this value correct?

Theta JC is 5.8 degC/W on the datasheet. Is this value unchanged?

    Kohei,
    The RthJA is a function of your board and the thermal environment. For a 5x6 PQFN device like this, it could be as low as 40degC/W or so, or as high as 125degC/W (min Cu board scenario) depending on the board it is on.

    The RthJC in the datasheet is correct but only an impedance from junction to case.
