CSD25402Q3A: Unique Footprint

Part Number: CSD25402Q3A

Hi

In one of my projects, i had to use a P- Channel FET in a dc-dc converter circuit. Unfortunately, the one i selected, CSD25402Q3A, doesn't withstand my input voltage of 24-26V. The strange thing i came to notice is that only Ti's P -FETs have this pin layout - Pins 1-4 Source, 5- 7 Drain. Rest of the manufacturers layout is the direct reversal of this one - Pins 1-4 Drain, 5 - 7 Source. Doesn't all these parts follow some unique standards? Does this happen with other components too? Now i'm not able to find an alternate for CSD25402Q3A, due to this pin layout.

Thanks

Vishnu
