I'm trying to realize a 6 phase 240A power converter using the TPS53681 and CSD95490Q5MC. The load is an Altera/Intel FPGA and they have provided a calculator for the Power Distribution Network (PDN). In order to calculate the source impedance of the VRM, we need to provide an ideal model with equivalent resistance and inductance:
We have almost all the information we need, with the notable exception of the power stages. Would you be able to help us obtain these figures? I don't see resistance or inductance information posted in the datasheet.
