Hi

In the datasheet Page 9, it states that a minimum 100uF input capacitance is required and ripple current rating of the electrolytic capacitor must be at least 750mArms.

Will 330uF Capacitor (Panasonic, EEUFC1E331) with an additional 22uF X5R (Murata GRM32ER61C226L) be too high?

As for the output capacitor, it mentioned that we need a minimum input of 100uF non-ceramic capacitor. Can we also use the same 330uF electrolytic capacitor with the 22uF ceramic capacitor on it?

Thanks.

The PTR08100W minimum  required polarized input and output capacitance is 100µF.

The 330uf Panasonic  EEUFC1E331 with a rms ripple current rating of 755mA (ESR 90mΩ) can be used along with the 22uf ceramic on both the  input and output buses..
