Hi,

I'm designing a power supply using two PTQA420050 and a Diode to sum both voltages.

Each module will convert 48V to 5.5V. After that, the diode will sum both 5.5V from each module, to have aprox. 5V.

How do I proceed with the sense+ ? Should i connect it after the diodes? How do I connect the Adjust to have 5.5V at the Vo and 5V after the sum?

     I attached a general diagram for N+1 diode oring. I suggst you evaluate the diode VF as stated in the  diagram.

    The + remote sense must be located between Vout pin 8 and diode anode.

    The Adjust resistor is connected to the + remote sense pin , pin 7  for 5.5V.
