24volt input 12 volt output 2.5amps modules

Hi Guys,

This is urgent requirement pls suggest me the power modules for below specs,

power module 1;

Input v/g:24V DC.

out v/g:12.

out current:2.5 amps.

power module 2:

input v/g:24V dc.

output v/g:5 volt:

output curr:3 amps.

Note:Both the module should be isolated one.
