is there existing a solution to get from 12 V a voltage of 1.2 V with 200 Amps by paralleling a PTH08T250W or anything else.

Yes, multiple PTH08T250W can be paralleled for increased current up to 200A.

In the meantime I have found a post from Tom Guerin (Feb 03 2011) stating:

Three PTH08T250W can be used and are limited to 125 Amps maximum. How does that match?
