Hi,
there is a statement that the accuracy of the LMZ31520/30 is affected by Rset in the datasheet. Is it possible to explain how it's going to be affected vs resistor tolerance? Can we achieve overall DC accuracy 3% if using a 1% resistor?

Hi Dmitry,
Yes, contact me directly at jarrigo@ti.com to discuss your application conditions.
Thanks, Jason
Hi Jason,
I have a customer asking the same questions. Can we get the formula or spreadsheet that generated the resistor selection table in the LMZ31520 datasheet (Table 1)? According to my analysis, with a once percent resistor, you would see a +/-2.8% Vout variation from all sources, which agrees with you. FYI, Altera has some FPGAs that are requiring +/-2.7% tolerance, +/-30mv at 1.1V which maybe casing these questions.
Here is the equation and spreadsheet of Vadj values for several Vin and Vout values.
The previous post is not showing the info I posted, so I am attaching it here.
