The PWRGD (Power Good) pin is an open drain output. It is an indicator that the output voltage is present and within 6% of regulation. Internal to the device, there is a 100kΩ resistor between the PWRGD and PWRGD_PU (Power Good Pull-Up). The PWRGD_PU pin can be tied to any voltage <7V. The V5V pin is the internal 5V for the internal circuitry. This pin can be used as the pull-up voltage.
