We are using PTH08T230W, PTH08T250W and PTH08T220W in our board.
We need to design heat spreader for our board and we need the exact height of the modules (from the PCB to top of the max height component on the PTH power module).
In the datasheet only max height detail has been given.
We considered this value for our heat spreader design. But when we received our assembled PCB, the actual height from PCB surface to max height component on power module is not same as the value considered from datasheet. We see around 1 mm of difference.
So I need to know following points:
a. Is there any Min or typical Height dimension detail for PTH power modules (PTH08T230W, PTH08T250W and PTH08T220W) ?
b. Following is the detail of the deviation in the height value:
