PTN78060 max "junction" temperature

Hi team,

 

can you please advise the following:

  • What is the trigger value of Overtemperature Protection ? forPTN78060 and PT6302 ?
  • Where is the temperature probe used as as reference for this overtemperature protection?
  • what is the Tj max of this part (or  Tjmax D501, Q501 and of the PWM on the bottom side) ?

This is for a transportation customer, those informations are required for qualication.
