Can the Smartsync pin be wired to 3.3VDC?

    Roff:

    PTH08T240W smart sync. pin is  recommended to  be grounded if not used .

    Any external DC voltage (bus  noise ) applied to smart sync.  can force the sync. function to be erratic and unstable operation.

    Ground the sync. pin, if not used .
