The first issue

I require a power module to supply Vo=1.1V with Vi= 12V and I used PTH08T220WAZ. (Vo*11 > Vi)

When loading effect cause Vo= 1.09V or lower (Vo*11 < Vi) ,

Dose it also has  2 x output ripple?

and  2 x  mean ? double?

 

The second issue

I don't understand the Inhibt/ULVO pin in  low state . floating , the power moudle will in which function?

In Figure 24, Inhibit = H condition ,Q1 will turn on, and  power moudle will turn on ,

but when Inhibit =L condition , Q1 will turn off , the power moudle  will be  ?

    1.PTH08T220WAx when operated at Vo=1.1V with Vi= 12V and I used PTH08T220WAZ. (Vo*11 > Vi), the output  ripple may increase up to 16mV.

    However, by adding 100µF( X5R) ceramic capacitors can reduce output ripple by 20%-40% or more. The total ripple at 1.1V will likely be about 10-12mV over the entire output current range with 12 Vin. 

    2.PTH08T220W , when Inhibit pin is open or high ,  it will function normally . There will be a normal  output voltage , when autotrack pin,pin 10,  is also high or open.

    a. When the inhibit pin is pulled to ground (low) with (FET) Q1 drain  , High gate voltage on Q1 , the module is disabled.
