I have a question about the LMZ31710 PCB layout.
Looking at the datasheet, it shows "Keep AGND and PGND separate from one another." ,but I didn't find minimum (or recommended) separation distance.

How far should I have to separate from AGND to PGND? (0.1mm or more?)

AGND and PGND are already connected together internal to the device. Keep external AGND and PGND connections separate to avoid ground loops and to keep higher switching current to flow only through the PGND. There is no minimum distance, just do not tie the nets together.
