About "DCV010512"

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DCV010512, DCV010512D

Hi,

My customer has question about DCV010512.
Could you tell me about questoin?

[Question]

In the column of the Datasheet p3 of "Voltage vs Temperature" it has been described only Typical values .

Can you also tell me the Maximum and Minimum values ?

Or , do you Estimate the percentage of margin for Typical values in order to know the Maximum value ( Worst point ) ?

Best Regards,

  • DCV010512 , series DCV01xxxxxx series  is an unregulated isolated power converter.

    DCV010512 is 1W either a single or dual output converter. The  output voltage can vary depending upon the output  load and input voltage.

    DCV010512 single at 75% load (62mA load ) with 5Vin at 25°C  output is 12V±5%) .

    DCV010512D dual±12 at total 75% load ( 31mA per Vout) with 5Vin at 25°C  output is 12V±5%).

    1. Voltage versus temperature is typical change by design::

    a. Room to cold=0.046 %/°C::For example : If the unit is operating in a -40°C environment  or !-65°! change from  room at 25°C temp, when  Vout is 12V( ±5%) at 75% load (62mA) with 5Vin at 25°C.  !-65°C! change room to cold  is -3% of 12(±5%) = 12V (11.6V): 11.4V=11.1 ; 12.6V(12.2V) .

    b. Room to hot=0.016 %/°C:: For example : If the unit is operating in a -40°C environment  or !+60°! change from  room at 25°C temp, when  Vout is 12V( ±5%) at 75% load (62mA) with 5Vin at 25°C.  !+60°C! change room to cold  is+1% of 12(±5%) = 12V (12.1V): 11.4V=11.5; 12.6V(12.7V) .
