There are ten standoffs on this assembly. What is the solder requirement for this type of standoff (standoff has a step in the leads or legs)?
There is a customer that wants a full solder fillet on the step end of the standoff unfortunately IPC doesn't cover that type requirement and there is not enough land for a full solder fillet (Land length is .0045” all around the lead or leg of the standoff) .
It is very difficult to meet the customer's requirement. I am searching for a solution?
