PTD08A020W, maximum junction temperature

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PTD08A020W, UCD9240

What is the maximum junction temperature of the PTD08A020W ?

The datasheet of the PTD08A020W, there is only a statement of the maximum ambient temperature. In addition, in the UCD9240 datasheet, there is a default over-temperature threshold of 100°C. Can I assume that the maximum junction temperature of the PTD part is 100°C?

Thanks

PTD08020WAD  thermal published SOA safe operating area data ambient operating  temperature is for  the entire digital module.  The thermal   SOA is  all power components including  digital  power driver IC. The thermal(SOA) data is based upon air flow at a specific air temperature  over the digital power- train module versus output current and operating frequency.

In the PTD08A020WAD( Digital Driver) specification under temperature output  generates a DC voltage to the UCD9240xDigital controller . The UCD9240 converts the PTD08A020WAD thermal DC output voltage PER THE DATA BELOW ON TEMP OUTPUT to the selected temperature limit.
