LMZ34002 Vin and GND gets Shorted

I am using LMZ34002 to convert 24V DC to -15 VDC. Schematic of the Design is attached below. My Vin port is showing short with GND port even after removing the solder and it has happened with twice i.e with two IC. Can anybody explain why short has happened internally. is there any mistake in circuit?
