Hi, folks

Could you tell me know LMZ35003EVM-001 SOA region?

I suspect that we cannnot pull 2.5A in ambient room temp. (around @27degC)

The SOA data is included in the datasheet. See figures 4, 10, 16, & 22. At room temp in all conditions it is possible to get 2.5A.

Thank you for your reply. I understood that we do not need to derate from DS for LMZ35003EVM-001.

Attached is webench result for

VIN=24V, VOUT=15V, IOUT=2.5A

This shows that the Tj will be 123.353 degC which is beyond abosolute Max.

I guess this webench result come from excellent PCB (like EVM) for thermal condition.

Which (SOA from DS or Webench) is close to LMZ35003EVM-001?
