LMZ31506: About Power Good of LMZ31506

Part Number: LMZ31506

My customer use LMZ31506 under VIn=12V, Vout=3.3V, Iout=5A.
But Power Good signal is delay about 1ms after Vout rose.
Does this devise's Power Good have delay time?

There is a slight delay in the PWRGD signal, typically less than 1 ms.

Can you send me a waveform showing Vout risiing and PWRGD signal going high?

The delay of the PGOOD signal is typically less than 1 ms.

The delay is a function of the internal IC timing.
