I am looking for the solder rework video referenced in section 10.3 of the datasheet. I could not find it at http://www.ti.com/product/lmz10501 in the video section.

Hello Carl,

I could not find the video - we will need to check what happened to it.

But anyway, in terms of soldering any LLP type package, ideally you want to be able to control the temperature profile and have a good stencil for the solder paste.

If you are just doing some basic prototyping in the lab, attached is a basic procedure of what I have been using when re-working this type of package. You will need a hot air station and solder paste dispenser. The procedure is written for LMZ21701 but the LMZ10501 is the same type of package.
