PTH08080W: The start-up time of PTH08080W

Hi

I want to ask you about the start-up time of PTH08080W.
As long as I see Fig.11 in datasheet, I think the Vout rise time is about 5ms and Vin - Vout delay time is 2ms under Vin=12V, Vout=1.8V and Iout=2A.
Are those values the same regardless of Vin, Vout and Iout?

    Yokota:

    PTH08080W when Vin is typically greater than 4.35V during power up, internal soft-start circuitry Vout delay occurs after about 2ms.with Vout dv/dt( voltage versus time) from ground (0V) is typically about 0.4V/ms to 0.7V/ms .

    In Figure 11, 1.8V is at its regulated Vout voltage in 3-5ms or -67ms after Vin is greater than 4.35V.

    If the output voltage is 3.3V, then Vout to regulation dv/dt is about 4.5ms to 7ms.

    Output current does not affect this time to power on.
