LMZ31506: switching frequency question

Part Number: LMZ31506

The standard switching frequency is 480KHz for 1.2V output as descritpion of datasheet. But due to some reasons, I need to increase switching frequency to ~750KHz. Could I only change the value of Rrt and keep Vout and Rset not changed? Will it be any issue? Thanks.

The maximum switching frequency will depend on the input voltage. Refer to table 7 of the datasheet. If operating from a 12V input, the maximum switching frequency for 1.2V output is 630kHz. If operating from 5V input, then any switching frequency from 250kHz to 780kHz is allowed.

Is it for either RT mode and CLK mode?

Yes, the switching frequency range applies to both RT mode or CLK mode.
