Hello,

Customer would like to change solution for urgent layout area & cost concern on their board

Could you suggest the solution for list power budget?

3.3V->1V / 6.895A(now using EN6360QI)
3.3V->0.95V / 3.1A(now using EN6347QI)

Please look at the LMZ31710 (10A) / LMZ31707 (7A) / LMZ31704 (4A) family. These devices will require a 5V bias to operate though.

The LMZ30606 (6A) and LMZ30604 (4A) can operate directly from 3.3V.

The TPS82085 is a good fit for a 3A rail in such low Vin applications.

Those are power modules from Altera but from our portfolio:

1. 3.3V->1V / 6.895A(now using EN6360QI) - LM21212-1
2. 3.3V->0.95V / 3.1A(now using EN6347QI) – TPS54418
