PTN78060H: Temperature derating curves

Hi,

I want to use ptn78060W module.

I read page 6,7,8 and 9 :

"The temperature derating curves represent the conditions at which internal components are at or below the manufacturer's maximum

operating temperatures. Derating limits apply to modules soldered directly to a 100 mm x 100 mm, double-sided PCB with 2 oz. copper."

Can you give me more information on the PCB footprint ? The PCB seems very large.

Page 7, figure 6. Does the Vout=12V applies to PTN78060W or PTN78060H? How to know it?

The Vout=12V data applies to both the W and H version.

The PCB footprint is shown at the end of the datasheet.

The thermal performance is measured on a 100mm x 100mm, double sided PCB with 2oz copper. A typical application board may have more copper layers and differerent dimensions. Thermal performance should be measured in each application.

At the end of the datasheet, i have fhe PCB foot print of PTN78060H/W, but not the 100mm*100mm double side PCB.
Is it right?

Yes, the PCB footprint of the PTN78060 device is included in the datasheet. The thermal test board layout is not included.

Is it possible to have the thermal test board layout?

i want to know which pins have to be coold down in priority.
