Hi
we have an issue with DCR010505 isolated DC-DC converter.
During normal operation, suddenly the 5V was not available.
During debugging it was observed that the SYNC pin impedance was 2.6Kohm with respect to –Vs.
In Good working DC-DC converter the SYNC impedance with respect –Vs was 7.89Mohm.
Find the attached schematic, please tell the reason for the failure.
Iso_Pwr_Enable is Enable is a ON/OFF control signal.
SYNC PIN is lifted and 4.75V was measured in QA1-C2 pin
The problem is with DC-DC converter only, what is the failure and cause of failure?
