TPS82084: which standard that TI followed for the MTBF calibaration?

My customer is looking for the MTBF of TPS82084 and I have found the data at TI website for the MTBF data through below link:

But customer is asking us for which standard that TI calculated this MTBF data?

Customer mentioned that they are using the below standard b:

MIL-HDBK-217F

Telcordia SR-332

SN 29500

could you please help comments for these three standards, what standard that TI followed for the MTBF data? thanks.

thanks for your comments.

but it is not helpful for what customer requested becuase of there is no mentioned for which standard that TI followed for the MTBF calculation.

Does this mean that TI do not followed the above three standards I listed and used TI internal standard to do the calcluation? thanks.

We follow JEDEC JESD85.

Note sure could you please kindly help check theese three standards that customer listed? we didn't know the difference between TI (JEDEC JESD85) and the customer followed standard.

is it the system level calculation for customer followed the standard? thanks.

Thanks for your closely follow up and provided the comments.

Now I understood that these three standards are the system level and our MTBF just the IC chip level. I have let customer calculate their system MTBF based on our chip level MTBF data. Thanks.
