LMZ14201: MTBF and FIT not found on ti.com

Hello team,

one of my customer is looking for the MTBF and FIT rate of the LMZ14201. Unfortunately I was not able to find any value under Support & Training & Technical resources (Qualitiy) --> DPPM/FIT/MTBF estimator.

Can you please provide me the required information?

Let me look into this and get back to you on it. I also am not able to get any failure analysis information on the LMZ14201 on my end.

Hi Felix,

Unfortunately after talking to the quality team, there are no reports about MTBF and FIT for the LMZ14201 leaded module.
