Can you please help me to select the power module or any buck regulator, which is having the below specification.

Vin =24V

Vout =5V

Iout =14V

Do you mean Iout = 14 A? You could start with:
TPS53319
TPS548A20
TPS56121

Hi John,

Thanks for your quick support.

We want the regulator which is having internal inductor, i meant to say integrated inductor Like LMZ13610.

Can u please suggest the similar simpler switcher power module.

Unfortunately I only deal with integrated FET converters ( you did say "or any other buck regulator" in your original post). Lets see what the Power Module Gurus may suggest.

There are no plans for a power converter with 24Vin 5Vout at 14 amps.

Another discrete solution is the LM3150 simple switcher controller with 17 external components including the external power inductor.
