I need the MTBF/FIT value of the LMZ21701SILT. On the site I can not find it.

Hi Corne,

Unfortunately TI website does not have the MTBF for the LMZ21701SILT. Let me look into this and get back to you when I find the answer.

Hi Corne,

I've confirmed with the quality engineers that there currently are no MTBF data on for this part.
