Hi.
Pin 37 dimension is 1.6X1.6mm
in page 31, layout example it is shown the pin and a 2.8mmX2.8mm square with thermal vias.
my questions are:
1. my pcb editor built the pad as a 2.8mmX2.8mm and solder mask opening of 1.6X1.6 mm...is this correct? or should it been 1.6mmX1.6mm pad layout and make vias around it?
