I want to find new DC/DC modules qualified for automotive applications to replace LTM4622 and LTM4609(Linear Technology) in my new design. Could you recommend similar functionality products to me ? Thank you,and looking forward to your reply!!!

Hi User,

In general, power modules are not qualified for automotive applications (Q-100 rating).

What Vin, Vout, and Iout do you need? We can find a small solution, even if it is not a module.

VIN 12V,VOUT:5V,3.3V,1.8V,1.0V, and the Iout 2A~3A . qualified for automotive applications!
