I am using a TPS8268090,TPS8268120 and TPS8268180 in a system in package design. I would need the Inductor value and the output capacitor value for my power distribution calculations for each of these components. This information is needed in order to optimize the amount of bypass capacitance in the package. Is this information available?

Hi Richard,

These details are not specified for this highly integrated module. But these modules are based on the discrete TPS62684 family, so the passives would be similar.

It's also not too clear what you would do with these values. Maybe I can help you with that, through a different way?

The D/S does limit the additional output capacitance to 30 uF.

Chris,
My application is to enter the small signal model of the VRM into a power integrity tool in order to optimize the number of decoupling capacitors in an IC package. Are there spice models of these devices?

Unfortunately, I don't see that we offer spice models for this family.

You can use a 0.47uH inductor and 4.7uF output cap for your simulations.
