LM2671-5 selected, but LM2671-3.3 on workbench BOM

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2671

I just selected an LM2671-5 from the work bench and gave parameters for a 10 to 40 V in to 5V out @ 0.25A.  But when I looked at the BOM it listed an LM2671-3.3.  What's the story?

Thanks George

  • I will inform the WeBench team.  Thanks

  • Hi George,
Thanks for alerting us to this. We will adjust the launch panel to set up the design better. In the mean-time, you can take the design that was delivered using the 3.3V device, then follow these steps:
    1) Click the "Visualizer" button at the top of the screen. This will cause WEBENCH to review all solutions and pick the viable ones.
    2) If a window pops up asking what type of design you want, either select "Integrated - Choose Part" or "Compare all Part Types."
    3) At the upper left corner of the solution table, where it says "Search," enter LM2671. The LM2671-5.0 and LM2671-ADJ solutions will be shown.
    4) On the line for LM2671-5.0, click the "open design" button. Your LM2671-5.0 design will open.
