I have a question about the calculation of Tj LMZ30604 / 2.
I will be able to find the only efficiency and θja from the data sheet.
From these, I think easily, it was calculated by the following equation.
η = PO / the (PO + Pd) -> PD = (1 / η-1) * Po.
Tj(rise) = Pd * θja
Or above calculation is correct?
If there are other ways of more accuracy, please let me know.
