Reliability and Quality Information for LMZ21700

I was hoping to get some reliability information on LMZ21700 650 mA SIMPLE SWITCHER. It would be great if you can provide some information on the following

  • Is there any reliability test information. Eg. shock, vibration, temp cycling, high temp dwell, low temp dwell etc
  • Any information on failure modes, failure mechanisms, key stress factors, failures associated with infant mortality, wearout and overstresses for the part.
  • Any DFMEA and PFMEA
  • Any concerns with reflowing the part? Can the inductor be misaligned or fall off during reflow J?
  • What is the solder material for inductor on the DFN?
  • Any product integration guidelines: e.g., assembly process cautions, Do’s and Don’ts  etc

Any information you can provide would be a huge help!
