Hi sir,

Output voltage maximum rating within the temperature range of LMZ14202EXT seem to be not clearly define in data sheet.

Could you tell me the maximal output voltage i can use with this device?

Max Vout on the product page and webench is listed as 6V.

Thanks, i have seen that. I am just surprise there is nothing about this in "Maximum Ratings".
My question is;
I need 6V output à 25°C.
Temperature drift from -55°C to +125°C may generate an output between 5.81V to 6.135V with 6V at 25°C.
So, can i do this?

Hi Alain,

The maximum voltage ensured for this part is 6V +/- the feedback tolerance at the extremes.
For this part it is 2.515% plus or minus.
Hence your operating range is 5.85V to 6.15V at -55C and 125C respectively.
