The LMZ30602 has an internal resistor divider on the INH pin. The top resistor between Vin and INH is 48.7kΩ and the bottom resistor between INH and ground is 34.0kΩ.

Is it true as well for LMZ31704? Or has the internal pull-up (mentioned at page 3 of SLVSBV8A) a different value?

No, this does not apply to the LMZ31704.

The LMZ31704 has an internal current source on the INH pin. During operation the voltage on the INH pin is typically 2.8V.
