HELP! LMZ35003 oscillation when go cold

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ35003

Hi, I have some issues when using LMZ35003 for 2.2A output at 5.5V.  When ambient temperature drop to -20C, I noticed oscillations (100KHz offsets and repeats at harmonic frequencies) at regulator output. The problem's gone when I lower the current, or increase the temperature. I have 3x2.2uF low ESR ceramic caps at input and 4x47uf, 1x22uf low esr caps  at output. anyone has the same problem with this regulator? and how to fix it? Thanks!

more updates: by increasing switching frequency to 1MHz and adding more output caps, now the oscillation starts at -35C. but couldn't make any progress from there. I need the regulator to work at -40C. I have no issues when go 85C with lmz35003.
