Hi Sir,

Is LM43603 recommended for Vin 24V to 20V, 12V @3A application ?

I concerned about the thermal issue with LM43603 or the TPS54xx family.

pls help, or give the comments.

Please see figure 96 on page 38 of the LM43603 datasheet. The image shows that at 85C ambient temperature and ThetaJA of 20C/W the device was able to do 12 Vout at 36 Vin at 3 A. I hope this helps.
