What is the maximum Soft-Start time supported, or the maximum capacitive load supported by the LMZ21700 which will keep the internal FETs in their SOA (Safe-Operating-Area)?

Hello Nabeel,

For loop stability, the output cap should be in the 10uF-200uF range.

In terms of max soft-start, I have done tests with Css=0.22uF (~110ms) and even Css=1uF (~500ms) and have observed proper start-ups.
