LM46002 question about negative output

Hi,

we are using LM46002 to generate  -5V from Vin=14~19V, and I am looking at this reference . could you please help on some questions as following ? Thanks a lot!

(1) It is concerned that will LM46002 still capable of 2A output current with -5V Vout? If not, what is the maxim Iout? We need about 1~1.5A max.

(2) I think LM46002 will refer to Vout(-5V) rather than GND(0V) in this situation. If so, all the "0V" voltage in datasheet shall be interpreted as -5V ?

for example, the Enable pin voltage threshold in normal buck mode is 1.2V and 0.4V, which will change to -3.8V and -4.6V. is this correct?

(3) Enable pin: as I analyze in (2),  if I use an MCU(LVCOM 3.3V IO port) to control EN pin, there shall be level shift circuits to satisfy the enable pin threshold. is there any recommendation?

(4) PowerGood pin : this pin will also need some interfacing circuit before connected to MCU. rigth?

(5) Sync pin: as for AC coupling, there is no need to do level shift. right?

(6) Bootstrap cap: the datasheet page 22 suggests 0.47uF but the reference design uses 0.1uF , what's the difference?
