Boost regulator recommendation to go from 5v (USB) to 6.5V

I need to take the 5V from a USB host to around 6.5V for an intermediate voltage. The maximum load is 100mA with a nominal load of around 25mA. The regulator needs to have an enable input so it can be turned on/off with a 3.3V logic signal.

What would be a good choice?
